Based on reviews, I chose Mr. Hartsoe to discuss an equitable distribution agreement that I had researched NC law requirements which appeared to be unlawful. I told him of a law passed regarding marital rights. He looked it up, verified it is correct, and he said he was not aware of that.ed. My or...iginal agreement was obtained with coercion, undue influence, during a 50B protective order. Mr. Hartsoe did not seem to have any interest, so I sought other counsel.

Things happen fast in the courtroom, and you need someone who has knowledge of the law, trial experience, and on top of all of that, the ability to articulate both case facts and law clearly and on the fly. Tony is your guy for all of the above. What I'll always remember most about Tony and his entire team is that they cared not only about me as a client, but about their reputation within the community. I found Hartsoe online and scheduled an appointment at their online portal for separation documents and divorce. The process was easy and efficient from the beginning to the end.
