I live in Indiana and hired James McMinn. I had two tickets in North Carolina and my license was suspended which were preventing me from obtaining my license in another state. The DMV of NC told me once I pay the tickets online they would reinstate my license. I paid $900.00 and a week later NC suspe...nded my license for another two years. James came highly suggested to me by a close friend after a DWI charge. I was scared to death about the outcome. In July 2015 I was charged with a felony and 2 misdemeanors Child Abuse in a case involving a five year student who was never asigned to my classroom and I never had ANY physical contact with this 5 year old.
