I was having a really rough time and had given up on my case of two DWI's , I was ready to just be sent to Mexico but then my daughter came to me with information about Mr. McMinn we contacted him and he responded very kindly and with our first try, Later on we went to visit him and he gave me hope ...again, that my case could be solved. Never before have I heard all charges dismissed - it was like a unicorn you only heard of but never saw. James McMinn got it for me. I will forever thank him for saving my career & life.

I was told that he took care of everything & I was good to go get my license back so that is what I did, shortly after I received a call from him stating that he didn't take care of everything & that I still had to go to court for 4 speeding tickets so that's what I did & 6 months after getting my li...cense back, I lost them again only to have a couple more speeding tickets causing me to loose my license for a year! I wish he would have informed me that I was still gonna lose them right after getting them back! Now I have to get another lawyer to try to take care of it so I can get my license back & keep them for good!
