Equal Opportunity Investigation and Article 15 Client

Mr. Kageleiry provided me with exceptional legal advice and service. I was falsely accused of violating the Army's Equal Opportunity policy. As soon as the allegation was made, my chain of command threatened to separate me from the Army with an Other Than Honorable Discharge. Pete's help and guida...nce during the investigation was superb. The peace of mind and expertise he provided me during the process was very needed and much appreciated. The packet of information he put together responding to the allegations made all the difference. Thanks to Mr. Kageleiry, I was able to complete my military service at the same rank I held before the investigation and receive an Honorable Discharge. Gabe : Fort Bragg NCO

Pete's Knowledge and Experience Saved Me

I hired Mr. Kageleiry to help me respond to a General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand. The reprimand was based on a very flawed investigation. Thanks to Mr. Kageliery, the truth came out. I 100% know that his knowledge and experienced saved me. The way we packaged the response to the GOMOR saved m...e. I tell people about my experience and the value of paying for a great attorney. I appreciate everything Pete did for me and for sticking by me in my darkest hour.

Court-Martial Client: NOT GUILTY OF AGGRAVATED ASSAULT and CHILD NEGLECT

I hired Mr. Kageleiry to defend me against false allegations made by my ex-wife. She accused me of five aggravated assaults over about 3 years and threatening her and our children, and other crimes I did not commit. I was facing decades in jail and a dishonorable discharge. It seemed like the worl...d was against me – I felt like my command assumed I was guilty and I had no way of proving she was a liar trying to get sole custody of our kids. Mr. Kageleiry fought for me every step of the process. He took apart the prosecution’s case one allegation and one witness at a time. The case took ten months from the time I was charged. But because Mr. Kageleiry was so aggressive investigating and confronting the government witnesses – including the witness who was coaching my wife to lie – the prosecution gave in. Thanks to Mr. Kageleiry’s aggressive investigation and advocacy skills, I was found not guilty of all the aggravated assaults and other false allegations by my wife. Mr. Kageleiry’s hard work has allowed me to get on with my life and to be with my children. Thank you Pete!

Army Officer Accused of Assault

I hired Mr. Kageleiry when my chain of command threatened to punish me with an Article 15. Long story short, I was accused of assaulting MPs. Thinking of my family, promotion, career, and future retirement on the line, I needed a lawyer with experience to help me figure out my best options. After ...researching multiple lawyers, I chose Pete because of his background and experience. Pete spent as much time as needed with me and with witnesses preparing a response to the allegations. He also talked me through the best way to address the Brigadier General who had to decide my fate. Pete is truly a strategist, he knew the right things to say and also the best way to say them. I am appreciative of Pete because of his mentorship that allowed me to present the best defense to my command. We put together a great packet and most important he prepped me thoroughly for the hearing. As a result of this preparation, the general threw out the Article 15. I am glad I hired Pete Kageleiry.

Art 92(Frat)/DFC/ADSEP Board

I hired Mr. Kageleiry to represent me at an administrative separation board. With my career and retirement at risk, I did not want to take any chances so I spoke with several civilian attorneys before finding Pete. Those other attorneys either wanted an absurd amount of money and/or did not know w...hat they were talking about. When I talked with Pete, it was obvious he has done this before. Pete did an excellent job throughout the process. Before the board, I worked closely with him (not some assistant) to come up with a winning strategy. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me clear advice. The day prior to the board, I met the attorney the Navy gave me -- he had not read the file and had a crazy approach to the board that might have gotten me kicked out of the Navy. On the other hand, Pete knew exactly how to approach the board -- on the day of the board hearing, he quickly established trust with the board members and was able to talk directly and honestly with them about the best outcome not just for me but also for the Navy. Pete's military experience and his legal knowledge allowed him to speak with authority. The board members respected him and appreciated talking to an experienced attorney who obviously knows what he is doing. After listening to Pete talk, reviewing our letters, and my record, the board members voted unanimously to keep me in the Navy. Mr. Kageleiry even convinced them to write a letter of support to Navy personnel command. This was the best outcome I had hoped for. I am grateful I found Mr. Kageleiry and look forward to continuing in the Navy and reaching retirement in a few years.
