From the very first phone call and throughout the entire case process, Mr. Greenside was polite, professional, and ensured calmness. He treated me like a person, not a case number. Mr. Greenside answered a call from me in the middle of the night. I honestly thought I would be getting an answering machine at Midnight in a Friday night, I was very surprised to reach a real person...let alone the attorney himself.
