Paid a retainer and I hired her for my daughter of whom I am also the legal guardian. Ms Toscano was not well prepared or organized going into last hearing, she had a case in the courtroom next door at the same time. Communication was a problem, did not return phone calls or emails. Hard to get... a hold of. You have to go through her legal assistant who then says “Ill see if I can get a phone appointment set up”. Didn’t happen, for the fees she charges, I expected better communication and preparedness.
