I was referred to Diania Toscano by one of recently retired VB highest ranking prosecutors. [STORY SHORT in ALL CAPS.] My 34 yr-old daughter was arrested & CHARGED with a FALONY for POSSESION early 2019 (alone on a traffic stop by 2 SUV police who hassled her repeatedly asking why "she looks so by ...nervous" until she told them "you can search my vehicle, I have nothing to hide", believing that was so, forgetting about a couple of old Adderall pills in bottom of makeup bag in the car.) TOSCANO GOT CHARGES DROPPED. Before getting to that court date (Oct 2019), during 2020 Labor Day weekend she was a passenger, in the middle of someone else's traffic stop, in Norfolk this time. Probation period extended to the beginning of the COVID-19 breakout in the US, so court date kept getting postponed -- until one year after arrest, week after 2020 Labor Day (after completing a few court-ordered steps) TOSCANO GOT CHARGES DROPPED.
