I was referred to Diania Toscano by one of recently retired VB highest ranking prosecutors. [STORY SHORT in ALL CAPS.] My 34 yr-old daughter was arrested & CHARGED with a FALONY for POSSESION early 2019 (alone on a traffic stop by 2 SUV police who hassled her repeatedly asking why "she looks so by ...nervous" until she told them "you can search my vehicle, I have nothing to hide", believing that was so, forgetting about a couple of old Adderall pills in bottom of makeup bag in the car.)
