Local, straightforward, effective representation

While driving a rental vehicle from Pennsylvania to Virginia beach for a family vacation, I was pulled over for speeding. Not being used to the smoother ride in a newer vehicle, I didn't realized I was speeding excessively and was written-up for reckless driving, a misdemeanor in Virginia. I was w...orried sick and needed a good lawyer. Tucker and his assistant Jacki were very helpful in understanding the options and had accurate insight into the local court and its processes. Tucker represented me successfully and got the charge amended to an "Improper driving" traffic infraction, a much better outcome than having a misdemeanor charge on my record. I was relieved at the outcome and grateful for his professionalism and work on my case. I can recommend Tucker to anyone needing help in a similar situation. Thanks Tucker!

Highly Recommended

I received a speeding ticket in Virginia as I was driving back home to Florida (70mph in a 45mph zone). Mr. Watson and his assistant, Jacki, were very helpful and knowledge. Being from out-of-state can be very stressful, but they were able to relieve my stress and handle things in a competent manner.... Great lawyer & great assistant !

I was stopped on Route 113 near Eastville, VA a few weeks ago on my way to Virginia Beach. The police stationed at one of the many speed traps along the highway stopped and immediately wrote me a reckless driving ticket ( 60 some miles per hour in a 45 zone ). I was shocked to find out that such is ...considered as a first degree criminal offense in VA!!! Thanks to Mr. Watson and his assistant Jacki, they helped me get the charge reduced and I avoided the more serious charge. As I lived a few hours away in Delaware, Mr. Watson was able to do so without me even going to court myself. Mr. Watson and his assistant Jacki were very friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and extremely helpful in my case. In case you get unlucky like me and need help with traffic violation defense, Mr. Watson's firm is the place to go for help.

Great Customer Service

The secretary at this office is one of the main reasons I went with this Lawyer for my traffic ticket. She was patience and very helpful with information when Tucker was out of the office.
