Easy - a relief

While driving through Virginia on our way to North Carolina, I was pulled over for speeding and was issued a reckless driving ticket. Being from NJ, I couldn’t personally attend the mandatory court date so I hired Mr. Tucker. Mr. Tucker personally consulted me and walked me through the process. His o...ffice was supportive and provided further guidance every step of the way. We are very pleased with the end result.

Saved my ___

I was stopped in VA while driving from NJ to Florida. The cop wrote me for exactly what I was doing, 81 in a 55 which in Virginia is reckless driving. I planned on calling the number and just paying whatever the fine would be. 7 days before the court date I looked up reckless driving in VA. I almost ...fell over! Scrambling to get a lawyer I found Tucker Watson. I couldn’t believe he represented me with only days left! I didn’t even have to go to court(which was mandated on the ticket)! Tucker got my reckless reduced to improper driving VA. I paid more money for my last ticket in NJ than I did with Tucker Watson’s fee included! Jackie ,who works in the office, was so helpful and nice the times I called. If you need an attorney you want one who will do everything he can for you. Call Tucker Watson whether you live in Virginia or are just passing through like me. I am so glad I did!

Grateful, impressed and relieved

Attorney Watson and his staff were very professional, informative and reassuring. My daughter was pulled over on Rte 13 while driving from Massachusetts to Virginia Beach to visit family. It was her first time driving long distance and has had her license for about a year without any legal issues wha...tsoever. We have been driving to Va Beach a couple times a year for 20 years without incident. My daughter was charged with reckless driving which was a frightening and devastating experience. When we got back home, I googled information in the area where she received the ticket and found Atty Watson's website. I also contacted a couple other attorneys, one of which terrified us, wanted my daughter to do all kinds of things like community service, calibration testing, obtain driving record, physically appear in court which would have meant a taking time off from work, driving and hotel expenses, etc. and was going to charge at least twice as much without any type of guarantee. They also mentioned that she could lose her license or possibly do jail time. Atty Watson assured and reassured exactly what would happen. Her charge would be reduced to a speeding charge, she would have to pay court and the fine and she didn't have to appear in court or do any of the other things one of the other lawyers mentioned. We were frightened and unsure but I felt that Atty Watson was sincere and forthcoming so we decided to go with him and everything went exactly as stated. Thank you so much for relieving the horrible burden this has had on my daughter and I for the last 2 months. We are so grateful!!!!!

Traffic Court for Out of Stater's

Mr Watson delivered as promised. He represented my husband in a traffic case and we're were extremely pleased with the out come. Being out of state and dealing with this issue is stressful. traffic violation

I received a reckless driving ticket on my way to Virginia beach for a vacation. I encountered a very rude officer who pulled me over while i was keeping up with the same speed as the car next to me. Needless to say i got summons to appear in court which pissed me off my entire vacation in Virginia. ...Living hours away there was no way I would make it back to court. I looked into Tucker Watson and called his office once I got home. His office lady was very helpful and reassuring. And He was a man of his word he lowered my reckless driving to an improper driving when i was going 79-55. Very happy with the reduction. This office is professional and does things the right way. Could not be more pleased with there help. Thank you
