Representation in Court

Mr. Watson represented me for reckless driving charges in Northampton County, VA District Court. As an out of state client, I was relieved to find an attorney to represent me, efficiently communicate my position, and reduce the charges.

Reckless Driving Dismissed

During my initial consult with Mr. Watson, he was was very informative and patient in explaining my options. He and his secretary were always very prompt with their response to my e-mails and phone calls. I was driving 31 mph above the speed limit in Virginia and Mr. Watson was able to get my case di...smissed. I am very glad I retained him for my case.

Out of State Legal Assistance

The process to resolve a speeding ticket out of state was as simple as a phone call and email. Great communication through out the process. This was my daughters first speeding ticket that was eventually reduced from reckless driving charge to improper driving due to their legal assistance.

Legal help the way it should be

Mr. Watson and his staff turned what could have been an unpleasant and time consuming undertaking into a minor inconvenience. We received more than a dozen solicitations in the mail from attorneys in the area. His was the most clear and concise and outlined what he could do in a very straightforward ...manner. He explained the process in our phone consultation very clearly and everything went just as he said it would. His staff handled all of the ensuing communication very timely and professionally.

Extremely knowledgeable and always available

Mr. Tucker and Ms. Jacki were extremely helpful since the first call I made even before finalizing them as my representative. Mr. Tucker clearly explained what my options were prior to get the speeding violation addressed. I was worried being out of state would put me in more stress, but he gave valu...able suggestions that helped get my violation taken care of. His representation of me at court not only helped save 10 hours of drivong back and forth but also taking a day off from work. Court dismissed as Mr. Tucker had mentioned before. Servie fees were perhaps the standard rate but it was nothing compared to peace of mind i had as sson as the case was dismissed. I highly recommend Mr Tucker's law firm, he is very thorough, available and prompt.
