Very helpful, fast, and secure

Mr. Watson and Ms. Jacki (assistant) were extremely helpful in the process of handling my reckless driving offense. They did not waste any time and knew exactly what to do and how to handle the situation. They saved me a 4 hour drive and a misdemeanor offense and I could not have asked for more!

If you're ticketed in Northampton or Accomac Counties then be smart and hire a local attorney like Tucker Watson

After getting home from my VA road trip I had a mailbox full of letters from attorneys. They all wanted to represent me for my Reckless Driving day in court. One of these letters stood out from the rest: Tucker Watson Law. While all of the letters had Virginia Beach return addresses Tucker Watson... lives and works on the Eastern Shore of VA. There is no reason to consider another lawyer. He lives and works in this community which is a benefit in this rural community and a single local judge. I found Tucker and his office staff to be professional, knowledgable, and highly detailed oriented. They provided me with clear expectations and probable outcomes. The result was exactly what Tucker thought would occur. In my case, my Reckless Driving citation was reduced to Improper Driving. Had I thought about representing myself, the outcome and costs of time and money would have been much than the cost to retain Tucker Law and they may have taken away my license and put me in jail. Thank you Tucker!

In January of 2020, I was stopped on route 13 and issued a traffic summons for "speeding" which was supposedly indicated by radar. Obviously upset about receiving the ticket as an out-of-state driver, I retained the services of Tucker Watson. After several conversations with he and his assistant J...ackie, I felt reassured that the matter would be handled competently and to my satisfaction, which it was. I felt the results were more than I had imagined at the beginning of this debacle and I highly recommend him to anyone needing legal representation.

Needed help.

Traveling from NJ to VA. Received speeding ticket. Called Mr. Watson to see if he could assist me. Very professional. Also his assistant Jacki is a sweetheart.

Reckless Driving

I got a speed ticket in VA, 30mph over the limit. Mr. Watson assistance, Jackie such a kind and very to the point person, guided me through the entire process and Mr. Watson represented me in the court in VA. I am leaving in NY and driving back to VA for court would be such a headache. My reckless d...riving charges has been reduced to improper driving. Of course there was some few bugs fees for court and ticket $220 but this is nothing what could cost me if I will get charge with reckless driving. Extremely happy with court outcome and of course it won’t be possible if not Mr. Watson and Jackie. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.
