Reckless Driving Charge

I used Mr. Watson's law firm for a reckless driving summons I received while traveling through VA. ( I live in PA) He was able to have the charges reduced to improper driving with a fine. His assistant Jacki was super helpful and sweet and answered all of my questions. When I spoke with Mr. Watson he... too assured me he would handle my case with a positive outcome and he was pleasant to speak with as well. I highly recommend his office should you need representation.

traffic violation

I received a reckless driving ticket on my way to Virginia beach for a vacation. I encountered a very rude officer who pulled me over while i was keeping up with the same speed as the car next to me. Needless to say i got summons to appear in court which pissed me off my entire vacation in Virginia. ...Living hours away there was no way I would make it back to court. I looked into Tucker Watson and called his office once I got home. His office lady was very helpful and reassuring. And He was a man of his word he lowered my reckless driving to an improper driving when i was going 79-55. Very happy with the reduction. This office is professional and does things the right way. Could not be more pleased with there help. Thank you

Local, straightforward, effective representation

While driving a rental vehicle from Pennsylvania to Virginia beach for a family vacation, I was pulled over for speeding. Not being used to the smoother ride in a newer vehicle, I didn't realized I was speeding excessively and was written-up for reckless driving, a misdemeanor in Virginia. I was w...orried sick and needed a good lawyer. Tucker and his assistant Jacki were very helpful in understanding the options and had accurate insight into the local court and its processes. Tucker represented me successfully and got the charge amended to an "Improper driving" traffic infraction, a much better outcome than having a misdemeanor charge on my record. Tucker Watson Review

Tucker represented me in a reckless driving case. I was able to get a favorable speedometer calibration that Tucker was able to use to reduce the ticket to a lower traffic infraction, improper driving. I'd recommend him to others in need of an attorney on the eastern shore.

Highly Recommended

I received a speeding ticket in Virginia as I was driving back home to Florida (70mph in a 45mph zone). Mr. Watson and his assistant, Jacki, were very helpful and knowledge.
