Traffic Violations

My first contact with Mr. Watson and his team was all I need. Tucker explained the entire process of what was needed to do. He was able to handle the case without me going to court. After talking with Tucker for less than 5 minutes I retained him and saw no need to shop around for another lawyer... ...I am glad that I made that good choice.

Easy - a relief

While driving through Virginia on our way to North Carolina, I was pulled over for speeding and was issued a reckless driving ticket. Being from NJ, I couldn’t personally attend the mandatory court date so I hired Mr. Tucker. Mr. Tucker personally consulted me and walked me through the process. His o...ffice was supportive and provided further guidance every step of the way. We are very pleased with the end result.

Highly Recommended

I’m a CDL Driver and get caught on route 13 72/45, I was driving a Bus and failed to see in the dark that speed limit was changed from 55 to 45. Office wrote reckless and as a Commercial driver I couldn’t afford reckless in my record. Fortunately I found Mr. Watson and spoke with him very 1st time, h...e guided me what to do in order to get the reduction in violation. I did same and out come was exactly the same that he explained to me. I highly recommend this Firm. Very professional and committed. Thanks Mr. Watson

Very easy and helpful

A short phone call was all that was necessary, and I was given a estimate (which was correct) on how the process would go. He was also fairly priced!
