Best Attorney

I am so glad that I chose Mr. Tucker to represent me for my traffic infraction. He was able to get My ticket reduced from a reckless driving offense to am improper driving offence. I only had to pay a fine and county costs. Mr. Tucker also was able to plead my case without me appearing. I highly re...commend retaining Mr. Tucker to represent you.

Out of state and got a traffic ticket call Tucker

Tucker did an awesome job for me got a $4000 ticket reduced to $260 he did a great job I would highly recommend him I am from Pennsylvania

Ticket

Tucker took care of my ticket and I did not have to appear. Jacki was awesome always communicated everything and told me how it was going to go. It went exactly as she told me. Reasonable price and would highly recommend!

Reckless Speeding

Unfortunately I was caught in the Exmore speed traps with a reckless speeding ticket. Mr Watson successfully reduced my ticket to a Improper Driving/Control charge. A few hundred $'s to get this outcome is certainly better than the other possibilities. I highly recommend if you find yourself in th...is situation to contact Mr Watson for help.

If you're ticketed in Northampton or Accomac Counties then be smart and hire a local attorney like Tucker Watson

After getting home from my VA road trip I had a mailbox full of letters from attorneys. They all wanted to represent me for my Reckless Driving day in court. One of these letters stood out from the rest: Tucker Watson Law. While all of the letters had Virginia Beach return addresses Tucker Watson... lives and works on the Eastern Shore of VA. There is no reason to consider another lawyer. He lives and works in this community which is a benefit in this rural community and a single local judge. I found Tucker and his office staff to be professional, knowledgable, and highly detailed oriented. They provided me with clear expectations and probable outcomes. The result was exactly what Tucker thought would occur. In my case, my Reckless Driving citation was reduced to Improper Driving. Had I thought about representing myself, the outcome and costs of time and money would have been much than the cost to retain Tucker Law and they may have taken away my license and put me in jail. Thank you Tucker!
