I hired Barlow several years ago. Unfortunately it was at a time when my case was looking so glim! I was so afraid. I wouldn't step on grass or smell fresh air for a while!! Barlow was phenomenal!! I was out enjoying fresh air and beginning to move forward in my life!! He is a man of his word!! He i...s not a BSer!! He shoots is straight. Says what he means and does what he says!!
