Mr. Dunnigan represented me on a driving on suspended 4th offense. I was so worried as I was facing Jail time. Him and Christina were so helpful and Wonderful. I had a Reckless Driving and Driving on Suspended in Virginia Beach. Mr. Dunnigan was very comforting through the whole process. I was happy with the decision that happened on my court case I got lucky because the officer didn’t come to court I didn’t really know what was going to happen to me because so much change since the last time I was in traffic court it was up to the judge but back then it was up to a prosecutor so he ...really couldn’t tell me what was going to happen to me in court But he got my case dismissed because the officer didn’t show up so I am happy and I thank him for it and will I recommend him to someone else yes I will

Hired Mr.Dunnigan (Brian) for a RD (failure to stop for school bus) charge in Newport News VA. He told me he could get the charge reduced to a civil charge without being on my driving record. Needless to say, the results wasn’t as he said. The charge was reduced to a civil charge as he said but would... still show up on my driving record as an infraction; after he reassure me it wasn’t. Most likely I could of achieved the same results if I represented myself. (my $450 lost, his $450 gain) I figured he would be able to do something that I wasn’t able to do on my own (boy! Was I wrong) He also told me he was going to summons a valuable witness to appear in court but never did what said he was going to do. I called a couple days before court just to confirm that he did summons the witness & his staff also reassured me they personally sent it out. (Obviously a lie) Nevertheless, Mr. Dunnigan didn’t even prepare for my case & it showed.I WOULD NOT recommend him to represent ANYONE in any type of law.
