Best Service Possible

I was charged with Reckless Driving (83/65) in Feb. earlier this year. I contacted Christina for her and her associates to represent me, the process was quick and easy. I was able to get my charge reduced to a 74/65 even with a prior driving history, which is only an infraction and is 3 points instea...d of 6 on my license and not a misdemeanor. On-top of the i did not have to appear in court. If anyone needs a lawyer and is skeptical about who to get, Christina is the right choice, i would recommend her and her associates to anyone who is in need of a traffic attorney.

Reckless driving

I had a ticket in VA for reckless driving and found Christina through AVVO. In my case the ticket remains almost same plus I got my license suspended for a month and had to go to driving improvement courses. Honestly, I'm not sure if she has done something actually or just came to the court to pick u...p papers...It was just wasting my time and money with almost zero result. I will not hire her again ever!

Nikolay, I'm a little bit confused. When we initially took your case, we told you that your Reckless Driving charge would be reduced to a speeding ticket if you took a driver's improvement course after court. After that consultation you made a payment to our firm. On your court date, we went to court and achieved the exact disposition we said we would. Following court, we sent you a closing letter letting you know of the judge's disposition, and you thanked us, twice in fact, for handling your case. Your deadline for the driver's improvement course isn't until May, so please complete the class before then in order to get the reduction. Also, your license is not currently suspended. I think you may be referring to a letter you received from the court, but that letter should state that your license will only be suspended if you do not pay your fines by your due date, which is in 3 weeks. Please read the letter carefully because it is easy to misinterpret it. Our closing letter should be much more straight forward than the court's letter, so please let me know if you do not understand the closing letter we sent you, or if you need us to re-send it to you. Thank you.

Amazing Lawyer!

I was very pleased with her as my attorney in a reckless driving charge I received a couple of months ago traveling through Petersburg, Va. As I live out-of-state (NC), Ms. Pendleton was very diligent in her communication with me, and was ready and willing to answer any questions I had about my case.... She successfully got my case dismissed, with only a driving course as a requirement, which I was able to take online. Her initial consultation was free, and her rates were very affordable. She is an extremely intelligent and competent lawyer!

Great service on speeding ticket

Ms. Pendleton represented me in Hanover for a speeding ticket on I-95 and citation for improper window tint. She kept me well informed of all I needed to do, and I did not have to appear in court. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Recommend highly

I had a speeding ticket, and got a good price from this firm. Didn't have to take off work to go to court and ended up with a good resolution to the ticket.
