Mr. Cosby and his associates are truly awesome. They were very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the system and very prompt to answer or return phone calls and questions any time we called. Mr. Cosby even called us when he was on vacation with his family and even at night. He never failed to ...return a call promptly. We were beyond pleased with his expertise. Once I got the phone call my husband was in trouble, I went into panic mode of getting the best attorney around. This man promised my husband things even I knew were very unlikely. He came recommended from a lawyer friend, and boy do we regret spending the big bucks. He kept continuing this case, so that it was over six months from the time of the incident (a misdemeanor charge, but still). I guess some peo...ple find this desirable, but we wanted to get it over with. My husband started becoming nervous as the date approached (although we were still waiting to hear it would be continued again to suit Mr. Cosby's personal schedule). He emailed and called him multiple times and the man never even returned his calls. Finally, some guy called Kevin called us and literally days before the court date and asked my husband all the same questions he answered months ago. Needless to say, this did not inspire any confidence. He couldn't answer any questions. Terrible, terrible experience. Don't use this man. The stress my husband has been under makes me pretty sad, so please use someone else, even if you don't use someone very experienced, at least you won't waste a lot of money for nothing.
