Second to none

The first thing that impressed me was I'm from NC, but got my ticket in VA but when I contacted his firm he personally called me back within 1 hour. He continued to call me until my case was resolved. I not only didn't have to drive back to VA for court but he got my charges reduced. Reckless Speeding

Michael was very professional and knowledgeable in every interaction I had with him. He was very prepared for the court appearance, and we were successful in having the charges dismissed. I would recommend working with him.

Reckless driving, VA.

Got hit with reckless driving, 87 in a 70. I live in New Jersey was on my way home from visiting a friend. I had no idea what to do. Mr. Kiely was very informative on what to expect and handled everything. I am extremely pleased with the results and with his representation.

Hire Michael!

I was in Virginia from out of state and got a reckless driving ticket on I95. I was scared when I saw the potential penalties; thousands in fines, possible jail time. I hired Michael to defend me. Due to his knowledge of the Virginia courts and his personal relationships with many judges and attorney...s he was able to get my ticket reduced. What a relief! I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and encourage anyone to do so.

Excellent lawyer

Mr. Kiely was very professional when we met. He knew the procecutors and judges which helped out who we were going up against he managed to lower my charges to misdemeanor. Highly recommended.
