DUI Charge

I had a case where totaled my car in a accident with another friend. The cop gave me a ticket for a DUI. I was sent to the hospital as well due to the severity of the crash. I was 100% sure I was going to receive a DUI ticket and a reckless driving charge. I also did not show up to on of the hearings.... I had a warrant for my arrest. I called Joe Mcgrath literally 6 days before the trial. We went into trial for almost 2hours. In the end I received a dismissed DUI charge and only had to pay a fine for my warrant. This man is no joke! Watching him work and represent me for my trial was amazing! I highly recommend hiring him for your driving cases! I am now able to continue my pursuit in the medical field thanks to Joe Mcgrath!

DUI case

Mr McGrath was excellent in keeping me informed step by step of my upcoming case eventhough due to COVID it was push back close to 2 years! Mr. McGrath reviewed the police video throughly bringing up key points that the officer was in the wrong. While in court he also picked up on key statements the... officer testified under oath that did not happened. He used all resources (toxicologists) to come testifying on my behalf proving that my blood alchohol wasn't accurate from the time of my arrests location to then being at the jail. Mr McGrath insisted we take this case in front a jury and after a long day in court it was worth it because the jury unanimously voted that the defendant (me) was Not Guilty! After 2 years I can move from that dark cloud that was over me and it was all because of Mr McGrath, he's straight forward, professional, great priced, well known, and just a good person. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM HANDS DOWN!

A reasonably priced, effective, excellent lawyer.

A run in with R.P.D. left me with an “obstruction of justice & reckless driving charge”. Mr. McGrath took my case for a reasonable fee, he instructed me on what steps to take for my defense & kept me abreast of the status of the case, including a bad offer made by the prosecutor. The obstruction ca...se was dismissed & the reckless driving reduced to “improper driving” with the option of taking driving school to clear my record. Mr. McGrath will handle your case personally, he is not a slick, high profile, high priced lawyer. He is a one man operation & a damn fine one at that. I would highly recommend Mr. McGrath’s services for DUI, Traffic defense & also individuals who have been injured in motor vehicle collisions,etc.
