THE BEST!!!!

Joe really cares about you as a person and takes a personal interest in your case and helping you. He put 110% into me and my case (which I know was not easy.) He got me the plea agreement I had hoped and prayed for. I would use him and only him for any other legal matters I may ever have.

Knows what he's doing.

Professional and friendly, was able to get me into a driving course and keep my record as clean as possible when it was already a bit spotty. Would recommend to anybody who needs good representation.

Experience wins everytime

I had a series of legal challenges that if not resolved in my favor would assure that my freedom would be impaired. That is a fancy way of saying that Mr. Joe McGrath kept me from going to jail. Mr McGrath's knowledge of the law, lawyers in the community as well as State Attorneys and Judges was a...bsolutely INVALUABLE. Sometimes it is not what you know but who you know... The Truckers Lawyer

As an OTR truck driver, any traffic ticket case can cause irreparable damage to my CDL. Joe McGrath took my case last minute when I was unable to get a load back to Virginia and was able to get the case resolved in my favor! He kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Joe McGrath... with no reservations!

Highly Recommend

Having to go to court is a stressful experience. Joe McGrath took much of the anxiety out of said situation. He was kind, considerate and patient with a nervous client. He took time to explain what was happening and what to expect. He stayed in contact prior to my day in court and was responsive in ...a timely manner when I would call with inquires. Even after the judgment went down and he was free to leave me to my own devices, he continued to represent my interests and was able to mitigate my sentence post ruling. I thoroughly and unhesitatingly recommend him if one is in need of legal counsel.
