Highly Recommended

Mr. McGrath was recommended to me by our family's lawyer and he did not disappoint. I was charged with drunk in public and his expertise and diligence were able to get the case dismissed. He was professional and friendly and kept me informed throughout the proceedings. He was also timely in his respo...nses to me whenever I had a question. Incredible Support

I engaged Joe's services after being arrested for a 3rd DUI while working in Virginia two summers ago. I am from another state so the case was somewhat complicated. Joe navigated the complexities and succeeded in getting my jail time reduced by 50%. He also succeeded in getting the time I had to sp...end in jail split which enabled me to keep my job. This was no mean feat in Williamsburg where they are known to be especially harsh on cases involving alcohol. Equally impressive was his support of me and my family. He connected with my therapist, my family, and the ADA in such a way as to both make a case for lightening my sentence and to give support to me via my sister while I was in jail. I can attest to both his character (sincere, affable, down to earth) and his ability--he succeeded in preventing what would have ruined my life permanently, and would highly recommend engaging him as your attorney if you find yourself charged with a DUI.

Excellence representation

Mr McGrath represented me in a situation where I thought would end horribly. He was very informed and tactical in his approach. Mr McGrath used the necessary facts and strategies to obtain the plea bargain we were hoping for. I went from facing a dui, endangerment, 89 in a 60, refussual, and tinted... windows reduced to a reckless. He has been a life saver for me and my family. Tremendous Lawyer, Best in Richmond

It was an absolute pleasure having Mr. McGrath represent me for my 1st DWI. Before the trial date, all I could do was read about all the great things he has accomplished with others in past cases, until I witnessed him at work first hand. His professionalism, knowledge, and attitude are just a few of... the many exceptional characteristics he posses as a lawyer. I felt very comfortable with him by my side each and ever time, and it was absolutely obvious how much he cared and wanted to win. At the end, my case resulted in the DWI being dropped to a reckless driving conviction and hundreds of dollars saved. I could have not picked a better lawyer, it is actually scary to me thinking I could have gone with someone else. Mr Mcgrath is a life saver

I found Mr Mcgrath on avvo a couple months back after running into trouble. I did not have the full payment upfront so he allowed me to pay in installments. I was charged with DUI and a refusal both of which were dropped in court. Mr Mcgrath analysed the evidence and came up with a defense that the n...either the prossecutor nor the officer could argue. He was very honest with me and let me know all of the possibilities, good and bad, before stepping into the court room. Mr. Mcgrath was verry attentive and patient with me leading up tothe trial as I had no clue what any of this ment, he explained everything to me. I will forever cherish my dscision to empliy Mr Mcgrath services and his amazing work. Thanks a million!!!
