My case has been noted by many as one of the most difficult divorce, custody & visitation cases in Virginia. Over the past eleven (11) years I have been in and out of court countless times, and at huge expense. I am a father who has been fighting for my right to have a normal & meaningful relationshi...p with my two children, without harassment, literally countless false allegations, CPS and even police investigations. Sometimes you can have the best evidence, the best testimony, and still come out loosing. I can't imagine doing what he does because, there are no guarantees. All I can say is that I have been very happy, I'm sleeping well again, I see my son everyday, and more importantly, my son is happier than he's ever been. He got his dad back.
