Mr. Zebrak represented me for child custody and support. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. He was honest and told me up front that what I wanted I would not be very likely to get as far as visitation was concerned going through court. He assisted me in getting what I felt was best for myself... and my child by settling out of court. Traveling through Virginia as an out of state commuter, I was pulled over for speeding and to my surprise handed a summons to court and a rather frightening violation of reckless driving which was apparently considered to be on the same level as DUI in the state.
