My case has been noted by many as one of the most difficult divorce, custody & visitation cases in Virginia. Over the past eleven (11) years I have been in and out of court countless times, and at huge expense. I am a father who has been fighting for my right to have a normal & meaningful relationshi...p with my two children, without harassment, literally countless false allegations, CPS and even police investigations. All unfounded yet always still treated like a criminal. My children's mother has been relentless, yet successful in her ill agenda in keeping me from my children. These attorneys are up against a backwards system of Justice, yet Maciej came through. He had the right words, asked the right questions and truly reviewed the documentation I gave him. he was prepared. Court is tricky. Sometimes you can have the best evidence, the best testimony, and still come out loosing. I can't imagine doing what he does because, there are no guarantees. All I can say is that I have been very happy, I'm sleeping well again, I see my son everyday, and more importantly, my son is happier than he's ever been. He got his dad back.
