Maciej B. Zebrak is a great attorney. He handled my child support case with professionalism and integrity. He was very calm and reassuring from the beginning. Even when I was not so calm. Do not underestimate him, he has a quiet persistence and will get results. I am very happy with his performance ...and resourcefulness. He helped me with a difficult child support case involving multiple complex issues, including but not limited to, alimony from another marriage, sealed divorce papers to hide income from that divorce (which was significant), unnecessary medical bills, etc. I really liked his aggressive approach opposing counsel. I had a consultation with Mr. Zebrak. We talked for over an hour. I told him that I wanted to retain him as my divorce lawyer. He gave me the initial divorce interview paperwork to fill out and things seemed really great. I was really excited about having Mr. Zebrak as my lawyer. Well, when I finishe...d the paperwork and was ready to pay him and turn in the paperwork, Mr. Zebrak was nowhere to be found. I tried to meet up with him for weeks with no success. I called, emailed, left messages and went by the office but I never saw him again. I talked to him once on the phone and told him my plans. He advised me to drop the paperwork off at his office. I tried to do that four times but no one was there. I am very upset and disappointed with Mr. Zebrak. This is no way to treat a potential client. Especially one who thought very very highly of you after just 1 hour of speaking to you. Well that opinion changed very quickly. I would not recommend Mr. Zebrak to any one else. He is horrible in my opinion.
