I am an out of state driver who received a summons in Virginia for reckless driving (75 in a 55). I thought that I would just pay a fine and be done with it. However I quickly realized that this is a very serious offence in Virginia and that I needed legal representation. I did some research and had ...spoken with a couple of attorneys. After my initial consultation with Matt, I hired him on the spot. In addition to being knowledgeable on the issues, Matt was accessible and had a nice, down to earth manner that appealed to me. I also thought that he gave me a fair and honest appraisal of what he could and could not do, without over-selling it. Matt appeared in Court on my behalf and was able to get the charge reduced to "Defective Equipment." While I have to pay a fine, the infraction carries no points so my insurance and driving record will not be impacted. This is as good an outcome as I could have expected under the circumstances. While I certainly hope not to be in need of his services in the future, I would highly recommend Matt to others.

Highly recommended. Got a ticket for 23 over which is a reckless in Chesterfield. Never had one before (Reckless ticket) and after looking up the consequences I knew I needed a lawyer. Was hoping he could at least get it reduced to a lower speeding ticket. However, Matt got it dismissed and I only ha...ve to take driving school. Could not ask for anything better (other than not getting the ticket in the first place). Highly recommended and very happy with the outcome.

Matt was instrumental in ensuring our son received the best outcome to his charges.
