I got a reckless driving ticket driving through the infamous Emporia, VA and to my dismay, was told this is now a class 1 misdemeanor. Mr Pinsker represented my daughter for 2 misdemeanors and 1 felony. The police, specifically henrico county police, did a lousy job investigating the situation which lead to her arrest. We selected Mr. Pinsker to represent me as innocent until proven guilty. Not being guilty because an officer said so. This officer has no crime scene log, no Breathalyzer tests, no crime scene photos, and no cam recordings, that he should have had wearing. As my lawyer Mr. Pinsker is to fight for ...injustice for me, not tell me it is officers’ words against my words and then then he states now you tell me, who do you think the Judge would believe. In the court of law, I was taught to believe that a Lawyer and or Judge of the Commonwealth of Virginia would say without proof, I am innocent. As many has seen and known that many Police Officers have made up lies, produces false evidence, and is prejudiced against different races, so Mr. Pinsker is saying this officers word should be presented as truth without doubt. I have court on 19 Feb 21 and I will let everyone know if this Lawyer has stood up to the oath he took to fight for his client. More to come after the court date.

I have used him for traffic court in multiple instances, at least 3 different times. He’s always super helpful and definitely is a great lawyer to have. I’ve always had better outcomes with him. He is very personable and is very easy and reliable to get in touch with. I’ve never had an issue communi...cating with him. He is very known around Richmond in court this week personally the judge knew him when he was first starting out so he is a Richmond local! (Assuming) I hired him last minute for my court case this week. He was able to make it, get the charge dropped down, and all do that with only a few days notice.
