My daughter got a speeding ticket while driving home from college. We are not from Virginia, and other drivers were passing her at the time, so it was very annoying and seemed unfair that she was cited. She has never had any other driving citations. I was passing through VA on the interstate, and I got pulled over for speeding. When I read the consequences for speeding in VA I was really worried. VA is pretty strict on speeding, and I felt it best to take my chances with an experienced lawyer regardless the expense.
