Utterly satisfied!

I was supposed to appear in court for reckless driving in VA. The consequences might have been devastating for me. As I reached out to Mr Keeffer's office I felt at ease immediately as I knew I was dealing with professionals who are on my side. The whole process of Mr Keefer representing me in court... was extremely simple, with NO paperwork on my part. The outcome was way beyond my expectations. The charges were reduced and the fine was minimal. The entire process took a day and a half including the court hearing where I did not have to actually appear.

Reduced "Reckless Driving" Case

I am a teacher in Florida and was going 88 in a 70 when I was given a summons to appear in court for reckless driving. A misdemeanor is devastating to any career, let alone teaching. I knew I had to get this resolved immediately. I spoke with a few different options, but ended up going with Mr. Keefe...r. Even though it was slightly more expensive, I went with him after reading his reviews and success stories. A criminal record is nothing to mess around with. He told me all of the required documents to provide and steps to take before my court date. Though there was some confusion about which online driver improvement course to take, (online as a FL resident for Virginia), they were very helpful and were able to reduce the charges to non-criminal. I would definitely recommend.

A blessing for a working class family

Our son is enrolled in a local Harrisonburg college. He is a very responsible young man. So responsible that we allowed him to take his car with him his freshman year in college. He received noticed while at school that family member was involved in a serious accident back home in North Carolina. He ...called and asked permission if he could drive to the hospital from school to give support to our family. Upon he arrival back to school he received a speeding ticket not for the normal reasons you would expect. He was trying to get back to school because he had early morning class and football workouts. Neither of which he has never missed. He called me as soon as he could to apologize and explain what happen. We are a working class family and he understood what a speeding ticket could do in regards to his insurance escalating and crippling our family's finances. We received a free consultation from Mr. Keefer. Immediately I felt we had contacted the right lawyer. He gave us steps to a clear resolution that did not skirt around our son responsibility in receiving the ticket at a fair price. His resolution helped teach our son about the cost and effort it takes to keep a clean driving record. The outcome was exactly what he said it would be. Mr. Keefer comes HIGHLY recommended by my family! We are grateful to have you as our lawyer. Thank you so much!

Class 1 Misdemeanor avoided.

I'm a Registered Nurse and received a reckless driving ticket on I81 after being clocked at 87 mph in a 70. I was not aware that anything over 80 mph in Virginia is considered reckless driving. Any conviction of a felony, or misdemeanor has to be reported to the Virginia Board of Nursing. I certainl...y did not want this on my record, nor did I want to explain a misdemeanor conviction for any future employment. I hired Mr. Keefer, who was able to get my case continued as I completed the necessary paperwork he required. My driving record is less than stellar, having received several speeding tickets over the past few years. Fortunately, Mr. Keefer was able to get me a fair deal from the presiding judge, which avoided the misdemeanor conviction. Being a former account manager, I can assure you that having a misdemeanor conviction on your background is no laughing matter. Many employers simply do not care, or have the time to inquire why you checked yes to any felony, or misdemeanor conviction. Don't take that chance and hire an attorney with a proven track record. Thanks again Mr. Keefer!

Best Wedding Gift - No More Ticket!

I got a speeding ticket in downtown Harrisonburg (25 mph zone) just before my wedding which was in South Carolina. I called Keefer Law Firm, and Bob agreed to handle my case for me so that I would not need to appear in court at all, and could continue with my travel plans. Even better? He got the tic...ket completely dismissed and I was only responsible for minimal court fees...what a great wedding gift to us! He and his staff are very professional, polite, and organized. They kept me in the loop on all paperwork needed and the outcome of the case. I highly recommend this firm if you need an attorney in the Harrisonburg area!
