Dismissed!

With Fitz's guidance and presence at court, all of Shelley and Dawn's support from the office and our own pre-emptive completion of some tasks the reckless driving charge was dismissed with only court costs to pay.

Speeding ticket

Fitz and his team was a pleasure to work with. Fitz instructed me immediately of what I should do to prepare for my case. He provided excellent guidance and advice. He followed through with the case and the reckless driving charge was dismissed! I would recommend Fitz in a heartbeat.

Thanks for Representing Me!

Ryan Fitzgerald did excellent job on my case (reckless driving, 23 mph over the speed limit, 68/45) I had not received a traffic citation in over 10 years and had a natural +5 on my license. Fitz instructed me right off the bat what I should do to prepare for the best outcome in my case; complete a...n on-line approved driver's course, get the speedometer calibrated, and complete a minimum of 15 hours community service prior to the court date. I also needed Fitz to personally represent me in court while I was out of the country. I did all that Fitz recommended and he was able to negotiate my infraction down to a "non-point" lesser offense with a minimal fine. No impact on my license. Thank you for representing me!

I got a reckless driving ticket, I am not from VA and my driving record is very important for my job.
