Reckless Driving

I was driving in Reston on the toll road early May of 2023. I had gotten pulled over going 96/55. After doing my research and finding out that reckless driving is a misdemeanor in VA which remains on your record forever and that speeds that high can possibly result in jail time, I was extremely nervo...us. I gave Ryan’s firm a call, and his firm was polite and great with scheduling a time to talk about my case with him. He was very respectful and patient with all of my questions and gave me an honest view on what was possible with my case and what he could do. After hiring him, he gave me some task to complete before my court date in order to receive the best outcome. Sure enough, he was able to reduce my RECKLESS DRIVING (96/55) to an IMPROPER DRIVING! I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing, he was super cool and calm about everything on the day of court. Ryan representing me in court was a true life saver and I’m forever grateful for him! Reckless Driving

Excellent! I have a terrible driving record. One prior reckless driving conviction within a year. My reckless was reduced. Excellent! Excellent work! Very friendly, informative, and personable.

Reckless Driving Accident

I misjudged which lane a semi truck was in, and pulled out in front of him. I got a reckless driving with failure to stop, and Ryan got it reduced to a local ordinance traffic violation called 'failure to pay full time and attention. This is a huge relief, I want a clean record and didn’t want insura...nce to increase. I did a ton of research for a lawyer, and this paid off. Their prices are not bad at all, and 100% worth it. Super professional, and great at talking me through the process. He also talked to the officer before hand, and we actually left the court room with the case closed before 10:00 am, which was when the hearing was supposed to start! Thank you!

Exceeded my expectations

Fitz was awesome. He provided great recommendations prior to my hearing. His office also followed up on all of my questions and concerns immediately. I was able to accomplish all of his recommendations. Based on that, Fitz was able to have my reckless driving reduced to a traffic violation. Out...standing!
