I felt the initial hiring price was a bit steep but weighing the pros/cons of a RD conviction on my insurance rates, driving record and personal record, I wouldn't take a chance with a less than competent lawyer. Andrew is a great attorney! I received a second offense DUI charge and a Refusal charge. Andrew spoke with me several times over the phone and via email, answered all the questions I had and addressed all my concerns of the case very quickly. He reviewed the camera footage of the stop and followed ...up with all of the paperwork and found out that the paperwork for my blood results to determine my BAC had not been filed correctly, which was in turn not used in court. That saved me jail time right off the bat! He was also able to get me off of the refusal charge. I did take the DUI charge but he saved my license from being revoked for 3 years which was absolutely crucial to keeping my job.
