I have a Md. driver's license, I was driving 53 in a 35 and received a summons. I checked with a Md. attorney and she recommended Andrew. I called immediately and he was in touch right away. Took the Virginia "I Drive Safely" school. I had immediate plans and it all worked out very nicely with onl...y paying court costs. I also worked with Dawn and Savannah and they were also very helpful and answered my questions. I highly recommend Andrew. Andrew helped me obtain a dismissal for my reckless driving charge. I hired Andrew on the basis of his being a local attorney in Stafford County, his first hand knowledge of the judge and officers involved, and his good AVVO ratings. After hiring Andrew, I was impressed... with not just his knowledge, but how he runs his practice. He has written a book on the subject of reckless driving, markets himself very professionally, kept in regular touch via email and phone calls to make sure things were on track, and followed up both before and after the trial. Just prior to the trial he listened to me, advised me on the right plea, and incorporated key facts into his argument to the bench. He also spoke with the officer prior to the trial to get the officer's view on the case. He very articulately and succinctly (a must in traffic court) presented the main facts that convinced the judge to dismiss the charge. All I had to do was thank the judge. It was the best possible outcome. He then followed up right after the trial to close everything out with me and make sure I understood everything. Another thing that impressed me was that Andrew was representing a number of other clients that morning and clearly needed great organizational skills to keep everything straight (and used a tablet to assist him).
