This is a REAL review! Although I do not live in Caroline County (or in VA at all), I made a poor decision one night to go over the speed limit--so much so I was facing a charge of reckless driving. I was afraid I would get points on my driving record, have to pay a hefty fine or face imprisonment; o...bviously none of which I wanted. I got an advertisement from Mr. Flushe in the mail and ignored it initially because of the dozens of others I had received just like it. Needless to say, I found it EXTREMELY difficult in locating an attorney on my own who was honest, knowledgeable, and responded to my inquiries without first naming a price. I contacted an attorney online who left a message saying: "I don't work in the area, but contact Mr. Andrew Flushe, I don't know him personally, but I have heard very high remarks." After two months of desperate hunting, I decided to pull out that ad he sent in the mail and contacted Mr. Flushe. Within just a few hours, Mr. Flushe responded himself. Not only did he answer each of my questions (I work in the Court system, so am very familiar with the process and had a ton of questions) but he really comforted me in my scary situation. He emailed me a booklet that was very easy to read, but full of useful information about what options were available to me and describing the offense in greater detail...and this is BEFORE HE EVEN MENTIONED THE COST!! Once I realized that he was an honest and caring attorney and not after my money, I agreed to the terms. Mr. Flushe arranged for my hearing to be postponed so that he could be sure to attend, in my absence, by the way, and he and I spoke constantly via email. He suggested I take a driving improvement course online, mail the certificate in and although he could not promise a favorable outcome, he was confident things would be resolved. Day of the trial, I got an email and phone call: Case dismissed! Not only would I recommend Mr. Flushe for his professionalism and knowledge, I can easily say that he is by far the most honorable attorney that I have ever worked with! THANK YOU to Mr. Flushe and your wonderful office staff. Well worth the money....

Mr. Flusche was an excellent lawyer to work with . He provided great communication, fast response to emails and he kept me updated on the process. He was able to get my charges dropped to a lesser charge with only having to pay court fees and the fee for the ticket. He took care of everything for me,... I didn't have to appear in court which was three hours away from my location, he took the pressure off of me and my mom. Everything turned out very well! Thank You very much Mr Flusche!
