I contacted Andrew and had to make a traffic court appearance within 72 hours (Made contact on Thursday court was the following Monday). I spoke to someone at his office and he had an opening that evening to discuss details with me over the telephone. He called promptly at 7:45pm and more than wi...lling to give me his honest opinion regarding my situation and expectations. He gave me a heads up of what to expect along the way and even gave me an idea of what could go against so there were no surprises. I was unable to attend court with him as I'm out of state but he called me after court to give me the good news and although it was dismissed it was reduced to a minor infraction with minimal court costs. I have never been pulled over in another state for speeding until June 18, 2016 when I was returning from vacationing with my family in Virginia. I was very displeased to find out that just a few miles over the speeding limit can cause so much trouble. I had no idea that this would cause a reckless... driving charge which can cause thousands of dollars in fines, jail time for up to 6 months, and in danger of getting your license suspended for up to a year. My life completely changed in that moment. After reading online about the charges and looking up research on the particular code I was given, I knew I needed a lawyer to represent me. Living in Philadelphia and getting a charge in Virginia was very inconvenient. I called a few lawyers and received good feedback from them, but some were very particular. One wanted me to take a driving test, another one wanted me to do the footwork for processing my own paperwork, and I remember thinking, "Aren't I paying you to do this?" It was very frustrating. Then one early Saturday, morning, I saw some advertisement for Mr. Andrew Flusche's office, and something about it just made me want to call him. So I did. Mr. Flusche's staff was very sympathetic about the situation, and Mr. Flusche himself called me within 15 - 20 minutes of my initial phone call. He made me feel relaxed, almost the same feeling as your father would tell his daughter, "Not to worry, everything will be alright." He explained to me his vast knowledge of the Court system in Virginia, and what his approach would be from start to finish to litigate my case. He was even familiar with the personality of the Judge/Judges in that Court (Spotsylvania) and predicted what would happen in my particular case. The best part is, I didn't even have to go to appear in Court. Mr. Flusche assured me that I would not have to drive or fly back to Virginia to appear in court or rent a hotel room, or take yet another couple days off from work. He continued my case for a later date, and in between that time, his office, as well as Mr. Flusche, called me to remind me of my case and the date it was continued and that they were prepared for the challenge. I did not have to call their office to remind them of the court date, not once. My date was scheduled for October 17, 2016, after Court was over, Mr. Flusche called me and told me that my charge was dropped to just a general defect and I only had to pay $100 fine and $61 court costs online. My license was not suspended, my insurance did not go up and no points were taken off. It was a breathtaking moment that relieved all of the stress I was holding in anticipation of this Court date and outcome. Mr. Flusche is a professional through and through. Not only did he contact me via telephone, his office follows up with correspondence conveniently via email and payments is done online and very user friendly. I was impressed and I have no problem referring him to anyone else in need of his legal services.

Received a speeding ticket in Stafford county for 18mph over. Since driving puts food on my families table, I was quite nervous about how this ticket was going to affect me and my families future.
