Bose Lawfirm got me out paying speeding ticket!

Thank you Bose Law Firm for representing me when I got my very first speeding ticket. The Police Officer who stopped me and with great pleasure wrote the speeding ticket and handed it to me; did not even give me the opportunity to explain to him that was my very first offense. He didn't want to hear... anything from me. The police officer pretty much said, you can fight me in court or something like that. When I told Mr. Bose about my situation, he took the time to listen and represented me very well. I did not even need to face the judge. Mr. Bose made sure that I didn't lose any driving points. Thank You again.

Excellent firm with great lawyers

I am a vice president of a company who is on the road most of the year. I was stopped in Fairfax Virginia for suspected DUI. I was charged unfairly with a low BAC of .10. I hired Bose Law Firm and they crushed the prosecutor. Charge dismissed. These guys knew the system like the back of their ha...nds

Terrible Representation

Before I signed the retainer agreement he convinced me that this was not a case I should consider settling, that after hearing about the case it was an easy win for him. Once I handed over money to him that all changed, he was impossible to get in touch with and over the month before my court date I ...was only able to speak with him once. He showed up in court and told me that he had drinks with the prosecutor and decided that I should settle with community service. He also misled me about the settlement offers asked for by the complainant. He failed to inform me about the supposed facts contained in the police report which I later found out to be outright lies. When I told him I did not wish to settle and would rather try the case he began to scream at me in the courtroom. After the case was concluded I found out I had been misinformed about crucial facts and had to find someone else to fix everything. He had concluded I was guilty and decided with his friend (the prosecutor) to create a win win situation for himself

Worst Lawyer Ever

I haven't had much experience with lawyers, as it was my first speeding ticket, but I would not recommend Mr. Bose's law firm. He was not helpful at all. Whenever I spoke with Mr. Bose, he would always have a condescending tone. I asked him for advice on my case but he would just repeat the same thin...g over and over again: "I do not want to put myself at the mercy of the judge". I'm not sure what Mr. Bose meant when he kept repeating this statement but aren't we already at the mercy of the judge if we are fighting a speeding ticket? I expected at least a shred of help based on the substantial fee that I paid for Mr. Bose's services. I will not disclose the amount but it was at least 4 to 5 times the amount of other lawyers in the area. The details of the case are as follows: I received a reckless driving speeding ticket for going 95 on a 70 mph speeding zone. One of the lawyers went and fought the case for me. I could not be present because I had finals during the scheduled court date. The judge was very 'merciful' of my situation and he set forth a few stipulations in order to get my reckless driving ticket reduced to a minor traffic infraction: to complete 50 hours of community service, to take a defensive driving course, and finally to provide my graduate school transcript, plus a fine (including court costs) by a specific court date. When I was first emailed about the disposition, the lawyer I have been corresponding with since the beginning (not Mr. Bose) told me that he would be able to get an extension on the court date if I needed more time (the judge gave about 2.5 months). I told him that I would be able to get everything done by the specified time. Unfortunately, I was in an accelerated doctorate program (professional school) and I barely had time for anything other than school. I was not able to complete my community service by the specified court date. When the court date was approaching I started panicking and I contacted my law firm to get the extension. I spoke with the secretary and she told me that the lawyer that had been working on my case was no longer employed there. She said Mr. Bose would give me a call back. I spoke with Mr. Bose on a number of occasions and it was a very unpleasant experience. He was very condescending, and he would say the aforementioned statement repeatedly following silence. I finally said: "so what can I do?" And he basically told me I lost the case. And I started throwing out suggestions at him and he would just say: "you can try that". So I finally gave up on our conversation. I appeared in court for the scheduled court date (luckily no exams, but still missed class) and I pleaded with the judge. I showed him my transcript and my rigorous curriculum, along with the syllabi for all my classes and he once again expressed mercy to me. Everything worked out in the end and I had the ticket reduced. I apologize for the lengthy review but I feel like I had to share my horrendous experiences with this law firm.

The Bose Law Firm never represented this client. We cannot offer advise via telephone to non-clients. This person not only desired advise, he wanted pointed legal suggestions without ever retaining the Firm. We simply cannot do that from an ethical nor business perspective. Sudeep Bose
