The same qualities she has that make you feel lucky to have her as a lawyer, translates (very respectably) to the prosecutor and judge.  It’s confidence without arrogance.  Kindness without weakness.  She is very smart and clear, yet non-judgmental.  I would hope that I never “need” her services again, but she is the type of person you would want to do any kind of business with.  I think her pricing is beyond fair given what she brings to the table.  She’s a total class act.  She manages to be assertive and razor sharp without coming off as over the top, pushy or abrasive.  These qualities go far when negotiating with a prosecutor or appearing in front of a judge.  She’s passionate and works harder than any of the other people that are going to be involved, and everyone knows it.  Still, she’s not JUST a smart and hard working attorney, she has something extra that I have not seen another attorney bring to the table.  A type of compassion and sincerity that makes you feel like she has a personal stake in your well-being.  She fights hard for you as if you were a family member, without compromising any sense of professionalism.  There is absolutely no one else I would ever recommend (and I have met with and know a lot of top notch, terrific lawyers).  There is a reason she is so highly rated and she is so successful.  If you need an attorney for ANY reason, you want to try and get Marina Medvin on your side.  It will be the best decision you make in how you handle your case.  You won’t be sorry.
