Marina Medvin is a wonderful defense attorney. Before hiring Marina, I spoke with an attorney who had successfully handled a different matter for our family a couple of years ago. I chose Marina instead because she actually had a strategy for getting the charge dropped in a best case scenario or, ...if that didn't work, modified to a different type of offense that would permit the original charge to be expunged, which was very important to me.
