I found myself charged with a misdemeanor that could be elevated to a felony charge. My career that I worked so hard for was in jepardy as well as my family life. After researching lawyers in the area I and found that Marina was rated the best. So I hired her and was so glad I did. She is truly a... fighter. She is sincere, honest, aggressive and actually cares about her clients. I explained my situation, the importance of my career and that if I was convicted my family would fall apart. She was able to get my charges completly dissmised with certain conditions in a extremely difficult county. After my court date, I was so thankful. It was as if a miracle just happened. My charges were dismissed and I was able to keep my job. Marina is a truly talented lawyer and I would recommend her over any other lawyer. She is truly a life saver.

I followed your advice and instructions, and in doing so, you kept me from a potentially dire situation. Marina and I even had side conversations/ emails, in the way that friends may. That should speak volumes. Marina is passionate about what she does, and compassionate in the process. Marina, from my family and me, thank you so much for everything; your kindness, your professionalism, and your knowledge of the law will never be forgotten.

I found Marina Medvin to be incredibly combative and cold to me during the time we were attempting to establish a relationship. Her unprofessional conduct included yelling at me for cooperating with law enforcement and continuously telling me that she could no longer speak to me unless I paid her in ...full (she refused a payment plan and later agreed to $500.00 upfront with the remainder of the balance within several days. She accompanied me to my arraignment and as soon as the judge began to call names, she walked away from me in a move to show she did not represent me. Ultimately I decided the following day that this relationship was not going to work. I informed her of such and requested my $500.00 back. She attempted to keep the funds from me and I had to argue contract law to her and warn her that the Bar Association considers this type of action a severe ethical violation and I would be forced to report her actions. She quickly refunded the money. I'm a well educated person with a successful business who happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Holding a government clearance, I was seeking someone supportive and professional. Unfortunately Marina Medvin was anything but this. Not recommended.
