Ms. Medvin (but you can call her her Marina) resolved my case one month earlier and to a much better conclusion than I originally expected in U.S. District Court. I faced a DUI and DUI refusal (refusal to take a breath test) after accidentally driving into the wrong place while in a poor condition. I...t helped some that I had actually taken and passed a portable breathalyzer test, but did refuse a second breath test and failed a field sobriety test.
