After I received a ticket for Reckless Driving by Speed (more than 20 miles over the speed limit), I was honestly scared. I had no idea that speeding by itself could result in a suspended driver's license, let alone jail time. I knew that if I went to jail, even if only for only a few days, I could... possibly lose my job, which meant we couldn't afford our mortgage and we'd lose our home as well. I received a number of solicitations in the mail from criminal defense attorneys, none of which impressed me (one was even hand-written with different color markers!). My wife convinced me to research criminal defense attorneys online, and Marina seemed the best.
