Communication is the key Stick to the facts

Joshua and the team were professional, responsive, and genuinely compassionate. I reached out regarding an employment matter involving disability-related concerns, and they took the time to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and explain options in a way that was easy to understand. I apprecia...ted how respectfully I was treated throughout the process and am grateful for their support. My advice to others is to try to detach from the emotional aspect and stick to the facts. The communication was insightful, reflecting a high standard, which I appreciate, and it has helped me to better understand and develop my own communication skills.

Professional & Compassionate

As a first-timer at seeking legal consultation, I was very anxious and nervous about how I would be treated, especially since I wasn't sure whether I even had a case. I had tried going to the state for info and advice, I had tried researching on the Internet, I had exhausted all options and I had exh...austed myself in the process. So I called the Erlich Law Office. I was touched by how immediately responsive they were to my issue, helping me right away over the phone. Throughout my dealings with them, I found both Mr. Erlich and Mr. Owen to be empathetic and patient. They never made me feel like I was wasting their time and they treated my issue like it actually mattered. They are professional and compassionate. You couldn't ask for a better combination!
