Despite my many questions, she took the time to carefully answer all of them and asked me throughout the process if I understood everything and was comfortable with it. She wal...ked my wife and I through all the details of leaving our estate behind in a simple, yet effective manner. I feel very confident now that if I were to leave this world unexpectedly, my belongings and gifts will be dispensed and divided as I wish them to be. I no longer have to worry about hurt feelings with my family and arguments from my kids. She even walked us through last wishes concerning medical care and power of attorney. I can't believe what a weight it is that has been lifted off my shoulders - all because I know my things are in order now! The office is cozy and convenient as well. It does not have a cold law office feel. Mrs. Evans is very down to earth and I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone who is looking to organize their estates and get their wills together. When in need of a lawyer to help me with estate planning, it was recommended that I use Rebecca Evans. It turned out to be a wonderful suggestion. She was able to accurately and quickly complete all documents within 2 appointments. Sadly that's something that the lawyer my sister had used for ...her planning wasn't able to accomplish in many months. In addition, she was able to explain in layman's terms the differences between wills and estates and what would be best in my situation. I felt like she was working in my best interest without nickel and diming me to get the documents completed.

We needed to have all of our personal documents redone based on family changes. We live in central Virginia so Becky's office in Annandale, VA is not very convenient. However, the service we received from this firm several years ago when we lived near Annandale was so good, we returned to it. We s...ent Becky copies of our old documents which she reviewed, asked us questions via e-mail, and started working on our new documents. When she was ready, we drove to Annandale (about 2.5 hours) and met her at her office. More questions and changes and we were done in a couple of hours. Not only is the service great, but the cost of using the firm is very reasonable. The ones I checked in our town were as much as double and they didn't seem to grasp what was needed. Glad we went out of our way to return to our old firm and Becky.
