We, as a couple, hired Becky Evans to prepare our Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Advance Medical Directives. She also prepared for us a Transfer on Death Deed for our house. She was very helpful and thorough in helping us see what our needs were and explained to us the ramifications of diff...erent decisions. Because of this, we thought of things that had not previously occurred to us. She was responsive in answering our many questions, and we are very satisfied with the documents and the process. It was a great help that we could review the drafts through email. It provided us plenty of time to study and discuss options.
