Our neighbor referred us to Atty Evans (Becky). My husband and I had been putting off completing our documents (advanced medical directives, powers of attorney wills) for years but decided it really was time. Given pandemic precautions, Becky gave us the option to meet initially over Zoom, which we d...id. She then worked with us via email on questions and answers and details. We went to her office to sign our documents. We found Becky to be extremely knowledgeable, responsive, efficient and kind -- always willing to answer "one more question." (!) We really appreciated her use of technology to make it easy to work with her -- including providing for secure online initial payment of 1/2 the total, upon our approval that we were ready for her to draw up the documents for our review. We thought her fees were reasonable/competitive and that she provided a lot of added value. I'm really grateful to Becky for helping us get everything in order, and I plan to print out and save for reference, along with our documents, the email threads in which she answered specific questions and mentioned things to be aware of in the future.
