At this meeting "Becky" provided a very concise and easy-to-understand overview of the entire estate process including the last will and testament, financial power of attorney, advanced medical directives, and revocable trust. She is very knowledgeable, poised and made us feel at ease. She took her time to get to know us and explained the various options for estate planning. We then proceeded to hire Rebecca Evans to start the process. She then sent us various"drafts" of all the legal documents for consideration. We took our time and read each document, made notes, and then sent Becky edits and comments and items that needed clarification. She always responded promptly to all of these emails. There are lots of decisions to make during the estate planning and Becky was there to provide clarity, professional advice, and options for consideration. After numerous back and forths, we finally concluded the process and set up a meeting for final signatures. We were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. They provided us with a checklist of items for follow-up and sufficient copies of our documents. My only regret was putting off this estate planning and not having contacted Becky much earlier in our lives. All of our worries and concerns are now addressed.
