I contacted Krieger Law for a consultation on a deposit dispute. I spoke with Katarina Nguyen who explained the process, listened to my concern, and provide her honest opinion. She advised that with all the information/evidence I had, I could easily handle the issue in small claims court and would no...t require her services. She then provided me with all the information necessary (statues/VA tenant law) to cite in court. Armed with this knowledge, I was able to walk into the Property Manager's office, and articulate the issue with the promise that I'd take them to court... They returned my deposit.

Upfront about his fee (s)and is willing to respectively, (emphasis on respectfully) address any concerns that may arise., fees etc., prior, during, and post the conclusion of your "legal matter". Firm, but respectful candid, but courtesy, willing to stand in the gap for his client (s). Isn't unsettled by his client asking him questions. Although young to the practice of law, 5 years: he seems to understand the importance of integrity, respect and then jurisprudence. W/o respect and integrity it doesn't matter how much you know about law, you will run clients away. He gets it! Ambitious, and willing to work. A very promising lawyer an independent thinker, passionate about serving others through law. Willing to make his money the ole fashion way...earn it while he practices law, asserting his clients rights in conjunction with the law.
