I tried to deal with a landlord-tenant issue the civil way on my own but didn't get anywhere until I was advised by a co-worker to give Steven a call. I've never had to seek out or find a lawyer before. Threw my work I get access to the Avvo website and being that my wife and I have run into a legal issue, I figured I would give it a try. I posted my question regarding a contract dispute my wife and I are having with our new home builder, and Mr.... Krieger in just a few hours had already responded to our post. In addition to this, Mr. Krieger asked us to send him a copy of our contract and he would give us his assessment if our dispute had a good chance of winning if litigated. Unfortunately, the wording of our contract was not very favorable for our dispute, but without asking for compensation, Mr. Krieger still corresponded with us back and forth on some additional questions and strategy for us to work with our builder on. We were able to finally work out a compromise, it wasn’t ideal, but at least it was better than us being totally out of pocket. We highly recommend Mr. Krieger’s services.

I found the whole team to be honest, respectful of my time, and respectful of the process as a whole.
